  • When adding or changing a card, you will want to first go to fiberwaveinternet.comand sign in/register. 
    • If you have not registered already and are in need of a signup code, you can find it in your internet setup form or by contacting our support team
  • Once signed in you should see the following page, from here click on "Profile" on the left side of the page.



  • You will then see the following page, which you can then click on "Billing" and add your card. 
    • If you are updating your card to a new one, add your card like normal. It should automatically update to your account to the new card.



  • Once you've added/changed your card, if you have not done so already inform our support team. This will allow them to verify with the Billing Department that everything has gone through correctly.

  • Once you have gotten to your Profile, scroll down and select the 3rd tab from the left. This will allow you to add your card information.
    • If you are updating your card to a new one, add your card like normal. It should automatically update to your account to the new card.

  • Once you've added/changed your card, if you have not done so already inform our support team. This will allow them to verify with the Billing Department that everything has gone through correctly.
